HOURLY POLICY 

 

In order to receive a full refund, cancellation must be made at least 48 hours prior to the reservation date.

If cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the reservation date, your deposit will be retained and transferred to your rescheduled date.

** All rescheduled dates must be within 5 days of your original scheduled appointment or your deposit is forfeited and deemed non-transferable. **

 


 

HALF & FULL SINGLE-DAY POLICY

 

In order to receive a full refund, cancellation must be made at least 48 hours prior to the reservation date.

If cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the reservation date, your deposit will be retained and transferred to your rescheduled date.

** All rescheduled dates must take place within 10 days of your original scheduled appointment or your deposit is forfeited and deemed non-transferable. **

 


 

HALF & FULL DAY MONTHLY POLICY

Your first payment (50% deposit) is non-refundable, but it can be transferred to your rescheduled dates.

The deadline to cancel your second payment installment is on the 13th of each month.  If cancellation is made prior to the 13th and you've already paid your second monthly installment, you will receive a full refund.  If cancellation is made after the 13th, your second monthly payment will be refunded less a $75 service fee.  If cancellation is made after the 13th and we have not received your second monthly payment, a $75 service fee will be billed to you.       

** All rescheduled dates must take place within 15 days of your original scheduled appointments or your deposit is deemed non-transferable. **

 


 

HALF & FULL DAY ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP POLICY

Our studio requires a written cancellation notice within 30 days of your Annual Membership Agreement termination date.

Your 1-month deposit will then be adjusted to reflect your studio business signage fee, any damages or theft, and any outstanding fees that you may owe.  Once these adjustments have been deducted from your deposit, our studio will refund your adjusted amount to you within 30 days of your Annual Membership Agreement termination date.    

** All Half Days & Full Days must be used within the current calendar year of your Annual Membership Agreement.  Any unused Half Days or Full Days cannot be "rolled over" to the following year **
